OT: Ano rin

I Second Emotion...! PART 2

I thought Jay's ex-girlfriend was really out of our lives. But heaven only
goes that I was wrong. Kakakasal pa lang namin nun when Jay received a
uninamous text. "Meet me at the clinic." I had a stinking feeling in my
butt. I told him not to go. It might in danger him. Pero sabi niya, ok lang
daw because life is what we make. Tumahimik lang ako. Sabi niya, "Penny for
you talks." But I didn't know what to say.

Beggars can't be losers.
Jay said, "Can't got your tongue?" I tried to smile at him. Kahit di ako
nagsalita, actions speak louder than works, di ba?

Be that as is may, umalis pa rin siya. I was out of the loophole.

After a few hours, I called him on his cellphone. But my calls fell on
Jeff's ears. Lalo akong nag-worry kasi I didn't even know Jeff. Sabi na nga
ba di na dapat umalis si Jay. That's what I'm talking about it.

So I tried calling some friends who will help me find Jay. That's what
friends are for naman di ba? But I just faced a blank mall. I had to do this
alone.

When I got to the clinic, the security was really buffed up. Di basta-basta
makakapasok. So I said, "I beg your cordon. I'm patient.

It's my favorite virtue nga e." Nagduda yata yung isang guard.

Hinawakan ako sa arm. The nerd! I shouted, "Don't touch me not!" Buti na
lang the other guards were nice and said, "Come on, let's join us."

When I went inside, parang I've been there, done there. Nung walang
IQ of the clinic. I could not explain it but I was drawn to a room on the
floor. Siguro Divine Intermission na yun.

Parang may narinig akong umuungol. I was thorn. Di ko alam kung aalis ba ako
o papasukin ko. It made me stick in the stomach to think that Jay and his
ex-girlfriend were there. I tried to tell myself to slower my expectations.
But to tell with it! I had to strike while the iron is not. I had to hear
the truth from the corpse's mouth. I barraged in. O my gas!
experiment. He was on the cutting edge. He was bleeding.
Doon ko napatunayang blood is thicker than Walter.

Guess watch? Di ko alam kung paano ko nagawa pero I was able to search and
rescue Jay. Siguro adrenaline brush na yun.

Now, he's recovering. I know
it's a better pill to swallow your pride so it's forgive and forget me not.
All swell that end swell. I know we should kiss and put on makeup.

Detention is
really better than cure. So the moral of the lesson is: if symptoms persist,
insult your doctor

alabang town center at sm north

eh naintriga kami sa isang sale dahil 80% off iyung isang t-shirt

clerknakamukhanimariahcarrey: there's a last sale on this today
badong: oh really? when? (langya bababa pa ng 80%)
clerknakamukhanimariahcarrey: oh this shirt is on last sale
badong: wow, so how much would it cost now?
clerknakamukhanimariahcarrey: it's last sale meaning you cannot return or exchange it after this
badong: aahh

First Mass

small church
nagpunta kaming magina duon sa chapel for our first mass

sinabi out loud iyung special intentions nya
sumunod iyung katabi
pati iyung katabi

friends/relatives pitch in their old/used stuff
that can be useful to you
like sa amin
may mga nagbigay ng
- waterbed
- microwave
- baso set
- pinggan set

OT: Ano Raw?

di ko to sinulat
finorward lang sakin
pero halos kalyuhin ang ngangala
ko sa kakatawa at the same time sabay
macoconscious ka rin na baka ginagamit mo
irregardless, it's not my problem anymore
it's her problem anymore
basa lang

***

We' ve been friends for a long time ago. We come from the same alma mother. Actually, our paths crossed one time on another. But it's only now that I gave him a second look. I realized that beauty is in the eyes. The pulpbits of my heart went fast, really fast. Cute pala siya. And then, he came over with me. He said, "I hope you don't mine. Can I get your number?" Nag-worry ako. What if he doesn't give it back? He explained naman na it's so we could keep intact daw. Sabi ko, connect me if i'm wrong but are you asking me ouch? Nabigla siya. Sagot niya, The! Aba! Parang siya pa ang galit! Persona ingrata!!! Ang kapal niya! I cried buckles of tears.

Na-guilty yata siya. Sabi niya, isipin mo na lang na this is a blessing in the sky. Irregardless daw of his feelings, we'll go ouch na rin. Now, we're so in love. Mute and epidemic na ang past. Thanks God we swallowed our fried. Kasi, I'm 33 na and I'm running our time. After 2 weeks, he plopped the question. "Will you marriage me?" I'm in a state of shocked. Kasi mantakin mo, when it rains, it's four! This is true good to be true. So siyempre, I said yes. Love is a many splendor.

Look do we have here." What the fuss! The nerd ng babaeng yon! She said they were still on. So I told her, whatever is that, cut me some slacks! I didn't want this to get our hand kaya I had to sip it in the bud. She accused me of steeling her boyfriend. Ats if! I don't want to portrait the role of the other woman. Gosh, tell me to the marines! I told her, "please, mine you own business!" Who would believe her anyway?

Dahil it's not my problem anymore but her problem anymore, tumigil na rin siya ng panggugulo. Everything is coming up daisies. I'm so happy. Even my boyfriend said liketwice. He's so supportive. Sabi niya, "Look at is this way. She's our of our lives."

Kaya advise ko sa inyo - take the risk. You can never can tell. Just burn the bridge when you get there. Life is shorts. If you make a mistake, we'll just pray for the internal and external repose of your soul. I second emotion.

Done Working

may nakainan kami kaninang diner
thematic sya actually at nakakaaliw kasi it's
a classic 50's diner

waitressnakamukhanimegryan: hi, how'd you find the food?
badong: the food is great! delicious!
waitressnakamukhanimegryan: are you done working here?
badong: oh yes, though it's only part time
waitressnakamukhanimegryan: napangiti
badong: (kras pa ata ako nito o baka may tinga lang ako)
waitressnakamukhanimegryan: great, so are you done working with your food so i can clean up the table?
badong: aahhhh ... yes please. (sabay ngiti)

Check Point

worked late again last night at sinamahan ako ni misis
habang nagaayos ng pc
on our way home riding a taxi eh bumulaga sa amin
it's not that bad actually, para lang syang pila ng
when it was our turn to be checked eh binababa ng taxi driver ang bintana
at sumilip naman ang police sa bintana

parak: how're you doing my friend?
manongdriver: oh, we're good
badong: good, good
parak: well it's just a routine check, no biggy
manongdriver: ok
badong: no problem
police: where're you guys headed to?
badong: sandalwood
police: ...
police: ok, you can go through and head on to your way now and drive safely
manongdriver: thank you officer
badong: thanks
badong: oh

Bonding

nasanay na ko during my consulting days (naks)
na pagkatinanong ka if you're willing to be in a company bond
eh ibig sabihin eh meron kang minimum stay sa company or else
you'd have to pay. This goes true with some companies that i would've
worked for but had to turn it down because of the bond thing. Companies
like accenture, gma artist center at star circle (kahit kailan
magulo talaga ang mundo ng showbiz)

with accenture i think they make you pay more than 100k php
if you are not able to fulfill the tenure.

i always get asked by different headhunters here, whether it be
during the interviews or while filling up forms, whether
i am bondable or not.

syempre, to give myself flexibility eh i normally say no.
isipin mo if it's more than 100k in the philippines what more dito
baka maipit din kasi sa iisang company

during one of the interviews i had this afternoon
gave out a big look of suprise when i told her
that i am not bondable.

turns out, what they mean by bondable is that
i haven't had any criminal records and bond that
she was referring was that of a felony bond that any
person without a police record is entitled to.

so ....
kaya siguro ala pang dumarating na job offer sakin.

ma-masa-masang mamasan

part of the really hot weather are the skimpy clothes
that a lot of people wear here

nigerian by the way she speaks

Temperature

medyo mainit na naman ngayon
mga 35-40 degrees celsius pero it feels like 45 daw

may weather, may temp, may wind chill at may humidity
"trefik in or-tee-gus is bumber-to-bumber ekross whole yohw vahr gas"

Wowow

if you've had your cable for a really long time now then you well know what this channel mean. sa channel 49 ata iyun or 56. pagpatak ng alas dose hanggang 3am eh may chamba ka ng bhold (ganyan magpronounce ang mga uncle ko).

"click"
isang couple na nagbabanatan ang bumulaga sakin. as in kakaiba.

may isang channel pa eh ang pangalan eh "bedtime stories"
di pala pambata kundi pano gumawa ng bata

Midnight taxi

since most of the raket work end up way late in the evening (or morning)
and the buses end their route at about 11 or 12 minamabuti na rin ng tita ko na ipagtaxi na lang ako after i fix the pc's.

driver1: so how are you my friend?

badong: oh, there's a lot of indian businessman in the philippines and they are really good with money. you see they have this very lucrative trade that you know ... trades money.
driver: much like the stocks?
badong: this is different. more lucrative, you see a lot of the people don't get approved by banks when they ask for loans and so they go to indians. indians then lend them money and allow these borrowers to pay them in installment. (5-6)
driver: wow, they have a lot of clients them
badong: yeah they do
driver: even here they have that
badong: really?
driver: yeah, they even go to us sometimes
badong: do they give special discounts to indians like you?
driver: oh no, i'm pakistani
badong: ...

midnight tech

dito kasi eh usually up to 5 lang ang work.
tapos those who do auxiliary jobs for different
establishments will have to do it at night.
maintenance people and tech support.
chance to hone up my skills.
